About BidMachine:
BidMachine Exchange is a high-scale programmatic advertising exchange enabling publishers and demand partners to transact via real-time bidding (RTB). The team is looking for a Senior Solution Architect.
You will lead technical integrations, troubleshoot performance and integration issues, empower account management teams with AI-powered tools, collaborate with product engineering and product management, and become an irreplaceable ally for business teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Onboard new partners and ensure their initial success, especially with new products or business lines
- Become an expert who knows our products better than anyone else and knows how to leverage all its capabilities
- Troubleshoot the most complex integration issues, performance bottlenecks or data discrepancies in collaboration with product and data engineering
- Empower AMs and TAMs with insights, automation and AI tools which make operations more efficient and robust
- Work with huge volumes of data, both structured and raw, to make data-driven decisions
- Communicate with top industry players to help them succeed as BidMachine’s partners and onboard vendors to make BidMachine exchange even more efficient
- Collaborate with product management to highlight biggest customer problems and guide the product development
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in TAM / Solutions Engineering / Technical Support / Integrations in AdTech is a must.
- Hands-on experience with OpenRTB, auction mechanics, and programmatic ecosystem (SSP/DSP/Exchanges), preferably with in-app and mobile SDKs.
- Strong technical skills: reading codebase, log analysis, anomaly detection, writing automation scripts or leveraging automation platforms (n8n, zappier, etc)
- Engineering background is a big plus
- Strong skills of working with data of different quality and in different environments: Druid, Databricks, S3 parquet files, visualization tools (Grafana, Pivot, Rill, etc)
- Excellent communication in English
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive work end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
