Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect at Innovative Solutions, you will be tasked with designing and implementing robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet unique client needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze their requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration of security frameworks across their operations. Your role will be critical in driving both technical innovation and customer satisfaction.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements and business objectives for security solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity presales engineers or solution architects.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed solution descriptions and security architectures.
• Align team strategy with sales targets and company objectives.
• Design security architectures that are secure, scalable, and cost-effective, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on security strategy and architecture.
• Lead the development of solution designs, including detailed specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure secure application design and architecture.
• Provide guidance and direction on security policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
• Present proposed solutions to clients, addressing any technical queries and adjusting designs based on feedback.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance solution offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on solution architecture or engineering.
• Proven experience in designing secure solutions, with deep knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, IAM, and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security tools.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards, frameworks, and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Familiarity with existing and emerging technologies related to application security, network security, and identity management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
