The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Solidity Developer to join our growing team

and take a leading role in building the next generation of decentralized applications

and blockchain infrastructure. In this role, you will drive the design, development,

and deployment of secure, scalable, and innovative smart contracts that power our

ecosystem.

As a senior member of the team, you will be hands-on in architecting complex

blockchain solutions, setting technical direction, and ensuring best practices for

security and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers,

engineers, and stakeholders to transform ambitious ideas into production-ready

code that can support millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready smart contracts using Solidity

- Conduct thorough security audits and implement best practices for smart contract security

- Optimize gas efficiency and contract performance

- Integrate smart contracts with frontend applications and oracles etc

- Lead code reviews and establish development standards

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers

- Stay current with evolving blockchain technologies and DeFi protocols

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of professional Solidity development experience

- Deep understanding of EVM internals and fundamentals

- Extensive experience with smart contract frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)

- Proficiency in Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain integration

- Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and governance mechanisms

- Experience with smart contract security practices and common vulnerabilities

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing strategies

- Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)

- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
