We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Quality & Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated integration tests for our Mulesoft-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between different components and systems, with a focus on clinical trial management and enterprise applications. Your tasks will include creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts; collaborating with developers to identify and resolve integration issues; and maintaining and improving existing test frameworks within an Agile SDLC environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Mulesoft integrations, focusing on applications such as Veeva CTMS, Workday, and Salesforce.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.

Create and execute test cases for API testing, with a focus on JSON payloads.

Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve integration issues.

Ensure proper integration with Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Document test results, report defects, and track issues using Azure DevOps.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration testing and clinical trials.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a focus on Mulesoft integrations.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Mulesoft development and testing.
-
Experience with API testing and working with JSON payloads.

Familiarity with clinical trial management systems, preferably Veeva CTMS.

Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Workday and Salesforce.

Experience with Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of messaging systems like Azure Service Bus and Kafka.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
