Must-have Skills- Experience in at least one programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), Python, Ruby, or similar.
- Experience with modern automation or testing frameworks, including:
- JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks running on Node.js, such as CodeceptJS, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Testing libraries such as Cucumber, Jasmine, Mocha, and Chai.
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, or web frameworks like Django, Rails, and React is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Composing SQL queries
- Using source control such as Git or Mercurial
- Comfortable in using Linux and macOS on the command line
- A firm understanding of the HTTP request/response cycle
- Demonstrated consistent ability with:
- Leadership, emotional intelligence, and empathy skills
- A very high degree of integrity, honesty, and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documenting your work for others
- A focus on customer/user experience
- Effective standard workplace skills:
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
