岗位职责​

• 负责公司核心产品的Android客户端架构设计、技术选型、开发与迭代优化，保障应用的性能、稳定性及用户体验。

• 主导或参与关键技术难题攻关，性能调优（内存、耗电、卡顿等），解决各类疑难杂症，提升客户端整体质量。

• 编写高质量、可复用、可维护的代码，并建立规范的代码审查机制。

• 关注Android前沿技术，研究并引入新技术、新模式，以提升开发效率和产品竞争力。

• 与产品、设计、后端团队密切协作，深度参与产品讨论，确保项目高质量交付。

​任职要求​

• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备5年及以上Android平台开发经验。

• 扎实的Java/Kotlin语言基础，深入理解Android SDK、四大组件、UI体系、消息机制、性能优化工具等。

• 精通Jetpack组件库，并对主流开源框架（如图片加载、网络请求等）的原理有深刻理解。

• 有大型商业App架构设计经验，熟练掌握MVVM、MVI等设计模式，理解模块化、组件化方案。

• 具备出色的性能优化经验，能针对启动速度、内存泄漏、卡顿、耗电、包大小等进行有效治理。

• 熟悉常用数据存储、网络通信、多线程编程技术，对安全问题有基本认知。

• 具备良好的编码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，有技术文档编写能力。

• 具备优秀的沟通能力、团队协作精神和责任心，能主动驱动任务完成，有带领或指导初级工程师经验者优先。

• 具备良好的英文文档阅读能力，有英文技术文档撰写或团队协作经验者优先。

加分项​：

• 具备iOS开发经验，熟悉Swift/Objective-C及iOS开发框架，有跨平台（如Flutter, React Native）开发经验者优先。
