Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain high-quality software that powers thousands of businesses. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, optimize performance, and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
- Leverage AI tools for coding, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Continuously improve engineering practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, .NET, or similar).
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud-based development.
- Solid understanding of testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with Git and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excitement about using AI to accelerate development and improve outcomes.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity or experience with the .NET framework
