Working closely with traders, researchers, and fellow engineers, you will develop a deep understanding of quantitative trading and the challenges of operating in fast-moving financial markets. - Own the design, development, deployment, and ongoing evolution of our trading and research platforms.
- Build and enhance automated trading systems that run machine learning models on high-performance infrastructure to execute high-quality trading strategies.
- Continuously improve trading systems, simulation frameworks, and backtesting pipelines to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Partner with traders and researchers to enhance the research workflow, including feature engineering, modelling, experimentation, and analysis.
- Design and scale data platforms and pipelines that support data-intensive trading strategies and research workloads.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production applications to ensure operational excellence and system stability.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer, with strong proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Strong experience building large-scale systems and high-performance applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
