Responsibilities- Collaborate with product, design, operations, and infrastructure teams to build innovative application experiences.
- Develop reusable software components to interface with hyperscaler back-end platforms.
- Analyze and optimize code to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.
- Lead complex technical or product initiatives and provide technical guidance to peers.
- Architect efficient and scalable systems for complex applications.
- Identify and address performance and scalability challenges.
- Work across multiple coding languages and technologies, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
- Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with comprehensive end-to-end understanding.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of programming experience in a relevant language.
- Experience in building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing.
- Proven ability to set technical direction for a team, drive consensus, and foster successful cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
- 5+ years of experience building large-scale applications or equivalent expertise.
- Proven track record in building and shipping high-quality, reliable software solutions.
- Experience enhancing quality through code reviews, testing, monitoring, and proactive improvements.
- Exposure to architectural patterns of large-scale software applications.
- Demonstrated project completion at large scope with high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact, such as efficiency gains and quality improvements.
- Ongoing development in AI skills, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and keeping abreast with emerging AI technologies.
