Senior Software Engineer

We’re seeking a self-motivated backend or full stack engineer with a strong sense of ownership and outstanding communication skills.

This role will require you build features end to end while collaborating closely with other developers, as well as with the Product, Design, Business, Data, and Machine Learning teams - all with the goal of delivering a seamless, joyful experience for our customers.

With a team based in Tel Aviv and New York, we have been growing rapidly, supporting hundreds of thousands of consumers on their journey to financial resilience and building partnerships with top creditors and fintech companies.

• Be part of a team building production applications across backend, frontend, data, cloud, application infrastructure, and machine learning disciplines
• Collaborate closely with business and product functions, while managing engineering trade-offs, to achieve the best possible business and compliance outcomes
• Build AI-powered features, including voice AI and LLM integrations, bringing cutting-edge capabilities into production at scale
• Own new products and features throughout the software development lifecycle - design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and performant code

• 4+ years work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud native architecture
• Experience with Python, Pulumi\Terraform, AWS - a plus
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) - a plus
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Startup experience - a plus
