Senior Software Engineer – GP Enterprise Solutions
As a Senior Software Engineer at GPES, you’ll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a development projects, from local development and version control through to both frontend and backend development.

What You’ll Do:
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle; technical analysis and design, development, and unit test phases.
- Ability to identify, deliver, and drive improvements and innovations within the development area.
- Ensure all aspects of good design and construction are delivered.
- Work on backend node.js APIs, React web UIs, and Docker-based infrastructure.
- Manage AWS infrastructure including but not limited to databases, servers, and serverless functions.
- Participate in database schema design changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Code pipeline code build and/or GitHub Actions).
- Experience working with Infrastructure as code (CDK).
- Deep understanding of ORM and experience with MySql DB.
- Ability to establish development standards and ensure code quality and security.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards (SOC2).
- Familiarity with observability tools (New Relic).
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
