The Rex team is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that support critical business functions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical evolution of our systems by contributing to end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery.
You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from front-end development to backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders and influence technical decisions positively
Think creatively to solve complex technical challenges and improve processes
Coach and mentor junior engineers to uplift software development practices

Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
Front-end: Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Backend: Java, C#, SpringBoot
Database: Oracle/Snowflake
Cloud: AWS
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions
Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
Architecture: Microservices and API design patterns
