Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be assigned to lead a development squad developing and enhancing features for a web application
- Able to lead a team, organizationally and technically
- Good communications skills and able to manage stakeholders
- Willing to mentor members of the team
- Strong sense of accountability and able to work independently
- Leads team, reviews code, ensures stable and secure operations
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 7-10 years of relevant work experience in industry
Handson experience in full-stack development using HTML, CSS, Angular, and TypeScript, complemented by robust backend engineering in .NET and Azure cloud architecture within highly collaborative Agile Scrum environments.
