As part of our Customer Experience Squad, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer engagement through intelligent automation. We own and evolve our CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics), which orchestrates all workflows, communications and quality assurance. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with and implement cutting-edge AI tools within the Power Platform ecosystem, developing innovative solutions from intelligent customer journey orchestrations (CJOs) to AI-powered messaging and automation that streamline decision-making and eliminate manual effort.
We’re interested in hearing from people who can
Lead development projects to build advanced custom components and integrations using TypeScript, React and Azure services
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement Power Platform solutions
Develop and maintain Azure Functions, integrate with Application Gateway, Azure Logic App and Service Bus
Create and optimize business processes using code-first approaches
Explore, evaluate, and implement new AI functionalities, extending solutions to leverage Azure AI Foundry capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Conduct regular performance tuning, security reviews, and system upgrades
Ensure solution quality through thorough testing and comprehensive documentation
Stay current with new trends and technologies in both software development AI landscape
Technical skills
Senior-level proficiency in TypeScript and React - demonstrable senior-level coding experience
Strong hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Application Gateway, Entra ID, and Logic Apps
5+ years of senior-level software development experience with modern web technologies
Proficient in REST APIs, web services integration, and microservices architecture
Experience in AI integration and cloud services
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Familiar with Azure AI Foundry and related services (Azure AI Search, Agent Service) is desired
Interest in learning and working with Microsoft Power Platform
Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or equivalent) are a bonus
Experience or interest in building AI-powered business applications is a plus
