Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Angular/.Net)
Wilmington, DE
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Angular and .NET to build and optimize customer-facing web applications. The ideal candidate is an independent contributor, has hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), has worked extensively in Agile Scrum environments, and is highly skilled in application development, CI/CD deployment, and performance tuning across both front-end and back-end systems.
Some of the things you'll be doing:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Angular (v14+), TypeScript, C#, and .NET Core.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• Build responsive and intuitive UI components using Angular, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and execute front-end and back-end performance tuning to ensure optimal application speed and reliability.
• Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team including product owner, BA, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality features.
• Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and code quality.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
• Work with SQL databases, optimizing queries and data access.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior developers and help define development best practices.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development in the IT industry.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and related backend ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven experience with performance testing (e.g., API) and performance optimization/tuning.
• Solid understanding of Database Servers (Oracle preferred), query optimization, indexing, and database tuning.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot preferred).
• Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and build automation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Experience with ngrx or similar state management tools.
• Knowledge of container services, particularly RedHat Openshift.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Argo).
• Familiarity with authentication standards like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with unit testing and test automation frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Playwright, Selenium).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
