We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is passionate about AI-driven solutions, and wants the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead role as our engineering team restructures.
If you are deeply passionate about architecting and designing platforms for media processing with modern LLMs, assessing and, assessing and ensuring data quality, enabling fast and flexible access to data - you are probably a great fit for our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and optimize cloud-native microservices that power our AI-driven ads analytics platform.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize models and integrate them into scalable APIs.
- Work with event-driven pipelines (AWS based) to process ad performance data in near real time.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated testing for high-quality delivery.
- Rapidly learning new concepts in technology and related areas of our business.
- Mentor engineers and progressively take on technical leadership responsibilities, preparing for a future Team Lead role.
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS.
- Strong proficiency in Python (with ability to pick up new languages quickly).
- Good working knowledge of core AWS data processing services: Batch, Lambda, IAM, SQS, SNS and CloudWatch.
- Solid understanding of API design, modern web technologies, and microservice architecture.
- Experience with databases (SQL + NoSQL).
- Experience writing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code in CloudFormation, Serverless or Terraform.
- Experience with unit tests, CI/CD, Github, agile/scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work in an agile, collaborative team with strong communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to LLMs or applied machine learning in production.
- Experience with data analytics platforms or ad-tech ecosystems.
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience.
