Responsibilities
- Deliver the product and technical roadmap aligning to customer & stakeholder needs plus feedback and build trust with them.
- Ship changes to our platform within the first week by taking complete ownership around end-to-end quality and performance.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers within the team and organisation by developing technical plans and contributing to technical architecture with a scale to serve millions of users.
- Improve your team’s performance by mentoring and guiding fellow engineers. This is your chance to be integral part of building a high performant team.
- Write Java/Kotlin code, which knits together with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) that forms the core of our platform.
- You will be responsible for independently delivering medium to large sized pieces of software to a production standard.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS or Platform product.
- Experience collaborating effectively in a cross-disciplinary team setup interacting directly with Product Managers, Solutions Architect and Application Engineers.
- Depth of expertise in high level programming languages (Java/Kotlin/Python etc.) with hands on experience in managing infrastructure, containerization & deployments.
- Experience in developing Distributed Systems and Microapps/Microservices.
- Experience owning delivery of software increments, end to end by writing tests. Managing performance of the product adhering to Service Level Objectives by continuous testing and tracking key metrics.
