What You'll Do:
- Build the Future of Our Product: Architect, build, and deploy robust, scalable, and user-centric features from end-to-end using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, using React and Node.js.
- Take ownership of our existing code. You'll enhance, refactor, and modernize key parts of the platform to improve performance, scalability, and the developer experience.
- Drive our engineering standards forward by implementing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), leading constructive code reviews, and championing development best practices.
- Improve our collective knowledge by creating clear internal documentation and actively mentoring fellow engineers, making a lasting impact on the entire team.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, server-side development using Node.js.
- A proven track record of solving complex technical problems and designing robust, scalable solutions.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Linux/Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience mentoring other engineers and a passion for improving team processes.
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to delivering results
- Being flexible and ready for context switch
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in writing clean and well-organized documentation
