We’re seeking a senior software engineer to join our team. As our second engineer on the technical team alongside two data scientists, you’ll have an outsized impact from day one, directly shaping products that transform healthcare delivery nationwide.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ownership and collaboration - work closely with our team to own projects from ideation and design through implementation and support
- Make an impact - develop core features and workflows that immediately add significant value for health tech companies across the globe
- Appetite to learn - stay current with emerging technologies and healthcare industry trends, continuously expanding your technical skills and domain knowledge
- Innovation - contribute creative solutions to complex healthcare data challenges, from understanding patient outcomes to streamlining healthcare data workflows
Your Experience:
- 3+ years working as a software engineer
- Full stack experience in technologies like Typescript, React, NodeJS, PostgreSQL (or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern development workflows (AWS, CI/CD pipelines)
- Familiarity with data engineering processes such as building data pipelines from data lakes to user-facing applications that surface actionable data insights
- Product-driven mindset with strong customer empathy and advocacy
- Experience with healthcare or healthtech is a strong plus!
What We Offer:
- Base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 with an attractive equity upside and benefits
