Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work cross-functionally within the MLaaS and HPC teams. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, DevOps, and API creation, along with a proven ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
The candidate's technical proficiency should be complemented by a consultant mindset, including excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mentality, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations. Overall, we are looking for a candidate who is excited about being part of a high performing group and will be energized to help the team succeed.
Primary Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take direction from enterprise architects to align software development with business goals.
- Complete and optimize the DevOps process, building on an existing Jenkins setup.
- Write and implement unit tests to improve code reliability and coverage while streamlining CI/CD processes.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs to support application functionality and integrations.
- Program and develop solutions using Python, C++, and GraphQL.
- Ensure scalability and performance of the software solutions for the MLaaS and HPC teams.
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub).
- Expertise in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages and the ability to learn new languages/frameworks as needed (e.g., Python, C++, and GraphQL).
- Willingness to learn the HPC and MLaaS environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.
Compensation Package (Salary Transparency For US Based Employees)- Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000+
- Salary is negotiable and the range can be increased based on qualifications, certifications and experience
