What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Product Managers and designers, to build and deliver features that meet user needs and align with business goals.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of backend software components, including research, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Identify and address technical challenges and contribute to improving the overall architecture and codebase.
- Support less experienced developers by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and fostering growth within the team.
- Contribute to technical discussions and strategies to ensure high-quality solutions and alignment with company goals.
You're the ideal candidate if you have/are:
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js and Go programming.
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, with experience designing and managing containerized applications.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, paired with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Experience with cloud platforms and building scalable, resilient microservices architectures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.
