Senior Software Engineer - NIKE. Inc - Beaverton, OR. Develop, code, configure, and test programs, systems and solutions independently with minimal supervision in order to meet defined digital product specifications. Play a key role in the research and development of digital tools, processes, and experiences. Learn new technologies, communicate ideas and knowledge, and collaborate with teammates. Work with abstract requirements, develop features quickly, and balance speed with quality. Work with sports and research teams to implement end-to-end solutions in support of one of Nike’s emerging platforms and services. Prototype and build robust, scalable solutions and discern which approach is appropriate for meeting business objectives. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.

Experience must include: 

  • Infrastructure as Code 

  • API Development 

  • UI Development 

  • NodeJS 

  • CI/CD 

  • Observability 

  • Automated testing 

  • Javascript 

  • Java
