Everclear (prev Connext) is the First Clearing Layer. Everclear coordinates global settlement of liquidity between chains, solving fragmentation for modular blockchains. 

At scale, Everclear will be able to net over 80%+ transactions, automatically routing them through the best settlement mechanisms available, drastically increasing applications' scalability and capital efficiency. Through Everclear, end-to-end chain abstraction will become possible for every chain, asset, and application.

About the Team

The Everclear team is remote first and globally distributed, with English as primary language. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about building an industry first technology while working with talented crypto team members located all over the world!

Responsibilities

Innovate and Maintain: Design and implement key improvements to the Everclear (prev Connext) codebases, focusing on enhancing product quality and protocol reliability.

Ownership: Take ownership of maintaining and improving parts of our existing stack, with an emphasis on backend infrastructure.

Quality Assurance: Support system-wide monitoring and alerting to ensure our infrastructure remains robust and reliable.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage across the org to solve unique on-chain, off-chain product problems

Communication: Able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly.

Remote Team Coordination: Effectively co-work with remote teams across different time zones, ensuring seamless communication and project progression.

Requirements

5+ Years of extensive experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.

Experience with Typescript

Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics architectures

Experience with AI/ML in production

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Basic experience with Ethereum development paradigms (Ethers, Hardhat, etc.).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with p2p networks and consensus systems.

Experience with Solidity.

Dev ops expertise (Kubernetes, Terraform)

Culture:
