Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - AI Solutions with strong expertise in Full Stack Software Development, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering, and modern AI application development.

This is a hands-on engineering role for an experienced software developer who can independently design, build, and deliver scalable software solutions while contributing to the development of AI-powered products and capabilities. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience implementing cloud-native applications, enterprise integrations, and Generative AI solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that address complex business challenges while maintaining engineering excellence, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and services.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of software features and components from design through deployment and support.
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions and technology decisions.
• Develop and maintain microservices, integrations, and reusable software frameworks.
• Build cloud-native applications leveraging modern development frameworks and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement data integrations, pipelines, and services that support business and AI initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and champion software quality, maintainability, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor Associate Software Engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product capabilities and engineering efficiency.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered application features and services for production environments.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions utilizing enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into business applications and workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, AI testing methodologies, and evaluation frameworks to improve solution quality and reliability.
• Design semantic search, document intelligence, and AI-assisted automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to ensure data quality, accessibility, and effective AI solution deployment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI application performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
• Apply security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, and development standards across projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Python and/or Java.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Experience building modern user interfaces using React or similar front-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and API integration patterns.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Azure DevOps, containerization, and automated deployments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, testing methodologies, and secure development practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in enterprise or production environments.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience working with AI frameworks and orchestration platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methodologies, model monitoring, and observability practices.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and AI workflow orchestration patterns.
• Experience developing data pipelines and supporting infrastructure required for AI and machine learning workloads.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and modern enterprise data platforms is preferred.
