The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design and delivery of full-stack web features from early discovery through launch. Work in small cross-functional groups with designers and business partners, talking with end users and influencing product direction as well as writing code.
What you'll do
- Own full-stack features end-to-end, from shaping the problem and scoping an initial release to building and iterating.
- Partner with engineers, designers and program staff to set up new initiatives and run quick experiments.
- Bring product thinking to the work by interviewing users, suggesting solutions and weighing technical feasibility against user needs.
- Write clean, readable code across the stack and improve shared patterns that make future development easier.
- Review code, pair with teammates and join an on-call rotation to keep the platform reliable.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Track record of shipping consumer-facing full-stack products from concept to launch.
- Experience with typed languages and relational databases.
- Working knowledge of a modern web stack such as TypeScript and Postgres, or similar.
- Product sense: comfortable diagnosing what users need, collaborating with colleagues outside engineering and recommending solutions instead of only completing assigned tasks.
- Motivation to do work that has a positive effect on people.
Bonus points
- Time spent at an early-stage company with rapid growth.
- Exposure to marketplace, live interaction or video-based products.
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider.

- Base salary: USD 197,000 to 207,000 per year
