About the team:
The team serves as the primary technical liaison between Level 1 Support and Core Engineering (L3), focusing on improving turnaround and resolution times for support queries requiring engineering input. Operating globally across markets, the team ensures clear ownership, defined SLAs, and outcome-based metrics aligned with Walmart’s operational standards. Responsibilities include reducing unplanned work for engineering, strengthening problem management, and enhancing operational readiness. The team drives efficiency and reliability by collaborating closely with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality solutions that support Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature /model delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using multiple programming languages and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Promote engineering excellence through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
