Frontend Development Expertise: 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated proficiency in modern web frameworks
• Ability to develop high-performing applications using Typescript, React, CSS Pre-processors, modern web standards, and modern web frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (product, QA, backend) to achieve shared goals and deliver value
• Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility for team outcomes, code quality, and system reliability with a proactive approach to problem-solving
