This is a unique opportunity to work on a mission-driven SaaS platform that directly improves care for the most vulnerable hospital patients.  As a Software Engineer, you'll help build and scale technology that ensures safe, accurate nutrition delivery in critical care settings, where your work will have a measurable impact on healthcare outcomes.

You'll be an integral part of every phase of the software development lifecycle, collaborating with technical architects, product owners, and fellow engineers to solve meaningful challenges. This is a hands-on role. Every engineer on the team ships code, and opportunities for leadership open up for those who want them. Technology experience matters, but the ability to research, learn, and land on a solution efficiently matters more.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure APIs powering the web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with a fast-paced, cross-functional development team
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines to improve delivery speed and release quality
• Participate in application architecture and performance discussions, helping shape technical direction

Required:

● 5+ years of Professional IT development experience

● Experience with Node.js, Angular, React, Java or other frontend/backend programming technologies

● Ability to learn, and implement new technologies efficiently

● Ability to think independently while working and communicating your ideas with the team

Nice to have:

● Experience working on large scale applications

● Experience with databases

● Experience with cloud development and architecture using containers

● Experience optimizing and tuning application performance
