Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
Build and customize WordPress solutions, including development of Gutenberg blocks.
Lead end-to-end feature development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to system design decisions and help maintain robust software architecture.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using PHP and JavaScript.
Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes and development practices.
You are a good match if you have
Senior-level experience in software engineering, with a strong background in building complex systems.
Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including Gutenberg blocks.
Strong proficiency in PHP.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., React or similar).
Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience building scalable and high-performance systems.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end from design through deployment.
Experience performing code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
