The engineering team develops, enhances, and supports Sales applications, collaborating with vendors and business units. The team operates across Cambridge, MA, and Bangalore, India, customizing and implementing solutions as required.

A Senior Developer is needed to design, build, and optimize systems for scalable marketing technology operations. This role involves technical expertise and collaboration with marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. The position requires working with CIO organization teams, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and engaging with various partners to develop high-quality applications.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Marketing operations and IT analysts to develop applications like AI Chatbot, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Integrating marketing applications into the existing ecosystem while ensuring scalability and dependable reliability.
• Designing solutions based on requirements and obtaining stakeholder approval before implementation
• Collaborating with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions align with organization-wide standards.
• Providing clear updates on progress, obstacles, and expected completion dates

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess 5+ years of experiences with Salesforce and related tools such as AgentForce, Data360, Mule, alongside equivalent expertise in Computer Science.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, webhooks, APIs, Flows) and understanding of best practices, data modeling, architecture.
• Demonstrate expertise in SQL queries (creation, optimization, and data management) and solid understanding of APIs (RESTful services, integration, testing).
• Integrate SaaS applications with CRM systems and Oracle databases while contributing to and leading a dynamic, high-performing team.
• Exhibit high accountability, self-discipline, motivation, creativity, and confidence, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Obtain expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Platform, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
