Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly scalable and flexible microservices
- Develop high-quality software, including both new features and maintenance of existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and support, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the development process
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in Scala programming language
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of best coding practices, testability of the code and applying them
- Technology agnostic mindset when solving problems
- Experience with developing cloud native applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines, and remain flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
