About the role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior React.js Engineer to join our engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related frontend technologies. This role will play a key part in delivering intuitive user experiences and collaborating closely with backend and product teams.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-quality web applications using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure high standards of code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug UI issues across browsers and devices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend engineering standards and team growth. 

About you

• 5–6 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Experience with UI frameworks and design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
