Who we’re Looking For

We’re looking for a self-driven and collaborative Senior Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. You should be passionate about building full-stack software and confident in your ability to take ownership of technical projects and mentor and guide other engineers. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features. Curiosity, motivation, and the ability to drive progress independently will set you up for success in this role.

What You’ll Do With Us

• Design and Develop: Work as a member of the Product Engineering team to build full-stack features using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PHP.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Product Managers and UX designers to help shape product requirements and propose technical solutions that meet user needs.
• Lead Projects: Own the full software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to deployment and maintenance, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and quarterly initiatives on the roadmap.
• Mentor and Review: Provide guidance through code reviews and constructive feedback. Mentor and guide other engineers on projects.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold quality standards through code reviews, tests, and best practices, ensuring reliable and maintainable code.
• Architect: Design and implement the architecture of front-end and back-end systems to enhance scalability, performance, and efficiency.

What You’ve Done Before:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience building web-based software applications or services
• Owned large software projects and initiatives – from requirements gathering, to implementation, to testing and acceptance
• Implemented robust backend services to serve as foundation for future innovation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and implement effective solutions
• Played a pivotal role in defining and shaping software architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Strong advocate for coding best practices, including testing, performance, and security
• Worked alongside both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
• (Bonus) Experience or desire to do work leveraging AI technologies
