About the Position

We are actively hiring a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for building reliable systems at scale. As a post-trade developer, you will coordinate solutions across a wide range of inputs, outputs, and latency requirements. You will bring proven expertise in Python and C++ to a distributed system that supports global trading across the entire firm.

 Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related Engineering/Science discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional Python and C++ experience in a production setting
  • Strong Linux knowledge (e.g. performance tuning, networking)
  • Comfortable working with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL,MySQL, etc.)
  • FIX experience (e.g. execution management, market data, drop copy)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a knack for owning and driving exciting projects
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, showcasing effective problem-solving abilities

 Base Salary Range 

$200,000 - $250,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
