- Architect and lead the development of sophisticated, customer-facing features that delight our users and drive business impact
- Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, elevating team capabilities through code reviews, technical design reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Drive technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Champion engineering excellence through best practices, testing strategies, and system reliability improvements
- Lead technical initiatives from conception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes
- Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems serving global brands and millions of creators

Tooling: GitHub, Jira, VS Code, Cursor, Storybook, Auth0AI agentic coding encouraged and supported
- 10+ years experience building and shipping exceptional web applications at scale
- Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development, with proven ability to work across the full stack
- Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing complex, distributed systems
- Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives
- Excellence in system design, including APIs, microservices, database architecture, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
- Ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to production
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with production systems at scale, including monitoring, debugging, and incident response
- Experience leading or architecting mobile-friendly PWAs or React Native applications
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing tech
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or content creation

The base salary for this role is between $200,000-240,000. This role will not be eligible for bonuses.

Our Compensation Philosophy: We take a market-based approach to compensation, using benchmarking tools to compare this role against similar positions at comparable companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise. Pay bands may also be adjusted for other countries based on region-specific market standards.
