Job Description

We seeking for Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .Net
The Services Group oversees the cutting-edge cloud-first media and telephony platform, powered by an API-consumed infrastructure. This dynamic platform encompasses voice and video services, media control, device management, and intricate business logic. We're in search of a Database Specialist deeply passionate about cloud software development. Your role involves crafting efficient, high-capacity service solutions, with a server-centric approach. You'll dive into relational and non-relational databases, with a primary focus on operational support and development. Leveraging your expertise in process optimization, problem-solving, coding, performance tuning, and recovery techniques, you'll ensure the delivery of top-tier service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Participation in walkthroughs, inspections, reviews, and onshore group meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with project-defined standards and processes.
  • Contribution to design discussions and offering project design suggestions.
  • Ownership of deliveries for assigned projects and incidents.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical designs into application code.
  • Conversion of functional designs provided by PO into technical designs and implementation of suggested changes.
  • Ownership of the development environment for projects under execution.
  • Execution of Unit Testing (Planning, Preparation & Execution).
  • Communication and interaction with relevant areas regarding problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, and/or functionality within SDLC.
  • Management of incidents and problems raised against the application.


Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of SDLC experience with .NET framework 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, and CORE.
  • Proficiency in asp.net, C#, and SQL Server 2012, 2016, 2019.
  • Familiarity with server technologies (Windows 2012, Windows 2016) and client technologies (HTML, DHTML, XML, WCF, AJAX, WPF, Angular).
  • Ability to conduct Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare, Execute) and knowledge of configuration management tools like TFS, Jenkins, and Github.
  • Experience in LINQ, Entity Framework, IIS 6.0, 7.5, Microsoft Azure, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Desirable experience with Web API and expertise in Contact Center domain, including building CTI integrations with Cisco and Avaya call management systems.
