Position: Senior Software Engineer
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies and full-stack application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, contributing to architectural and design decisions, and delivering high-quality software following industry-standard engineering practices.

The role requires strong technical capabilities, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
  
• Develop scalable, reusable, maintainable, and high-performance software components and services.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, WCF services, Windows Services, and other web services.
  
• Work with relational databases, designing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA engineers, and clients to understand functional and technical requirements.
  
• Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions and implementation approaches.
  
• Perform code reviews, identify technical improvements, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex application issues.
  
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, concurrency issues, and security vulnerabilities.
  
• Implement engineering best practices, including code refactoring, performance optimization, and maintainable code design.
  
• Participate in deployment activities, version control, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
  
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining technical standards and project commitments.
