Project: Fintech project focused on multiple new integrations and the development of additional financial products
Location: We are considering candidates residing in Poland or Serbia
- Develop maintainable, high-performance, and secure back-end code for microservices and APIs.
- Connect and manage services with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and event-driven architectures (ActiveMQ, Temporal).
- Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems, multiple environments, and configuration setups.
- Guide engineers to enhance technical expertise and improve coding standards.
- Work closely with product managers, QAs architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for AI-driven best practices.
- Provide clear communication of technical progress and project risks to the management and the clients.
- 6+ years of software development back-end experience.
- Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs/microservices.
- Experience dworking with large-scale, service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (ActiveMQ, Temporal) and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Some front-end exposure (JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to support end-to-end coordination.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and distributed system challenges.
- AWS.
