We’re looking for senior iOS Engineers to join our team in Hobart, Australia. You’ll join our product team and build and maintain next generation Procreate products and features. We are looking for a design-minded engineer who understands how to create seamless user interfaces and delightful digital interactions.
What you'll do
- Solve complex and unique technical problems
- Protect quality, ensure performance and show care for our users
- Work with designers to turn prototypes into shippable product
- Create custom controls, aesthetically pleasing layouts and seamless animations
- Develop and maintain software, find and fix bugs and implement ongoing updates
- Prioritise performance and quality with the end goal of producing software which delivers at the apex of functionality and aesthetics
Skills
- Deep understanding of iOS SDKs
- Deep experience with Swift, UIKit, and touch/gesture technology
- Familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
What to expect in the first 6-12 months
- Complete the Procreate onboarding process
- Familiarise yourself with our team structure and workflows
- Build an understanding of our product development practices
- Take ownership of your first initiatives
- Provide support to our existing products
- Prepare and support the execution of core product features
- Ship product
