As a Fullstack Engineer on the Web team at Moveworks, you’ll help build the next generation of our Enterprise Copilot ecosystem—an intelligent suite of applications that leverage ML and Generative AI to solve real customer problems.
You'll work on impactful web applications used by global enterprises and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality features. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while building meaningful, user-facing experiences.
You will:
Collaborate with senior engineers to implement product features across the frontend and backend
Contribute to UI components, APIs, and internal tools that support key workflows and customer use cases
Participate in code reviews and team design discussions
Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, learning how to operate and improve production software
Develop a solid foundation in performance, accessibility, and testing
Grow your understanding of fullstack development, design systems, and best practices
BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or graduating soon)
Internship or academic experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and a Web UI framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Exposure to backend technologies and interest in fullstack development
Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in Generative AI and modern ML-powered products (experience not required!)
Previous internship or open source contributions related to web development
Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
Curiosity about performance optimization, CI/CD, or developer tooling
Not sure if this is the right level? Don’t worry—while this role is scoped at L5+, we’re open to candidates at the Senior, Staff, or Principal level based on experience and impact. Our interviews are designed to calibrate level based on experience. Compensation is commensurate to leveling decisions.
Base salary compensation range: $180,000 - 230,000
*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
