About the role

We are looking for an experienced, product-minded engineer who can be proficient across our tech stack that includes Rails, Postgres, React, and Tailwind. You'll design and deliver features with a high degree of independence, working directly with customers from product discovery to support.

Our engineering team is extremely small and we aim to keep it that way. This means that each person on our team carries significant weight and responsibility, and must ship a lot. In return, we have great compensation, zero bureaucracy, little to no meetings, and the opportunity to immensely impact the business each day.

For this role, we're looking for someone senior, ideally with 10+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience. You'll be focused on building products that are used by tens of thousands of developers and engineering managers worldwide.

This is an in-person role requiring onsite work from our Salt Lake City office at least two days per week. The compensation range for this role is $160,000 – $280,000 base salary, plus additional equity compensation.
