Our team is behind some of the most challenging and high-impact digital platforms in the market—from a Logistics Planning Platform that helps logistics companies reduce empty miles and leverage AI for automated decision-making, to RAG chatbots that enable entirely new workflows and capabilities. We also develop large-scale government systems used by every citizen, where stability, scale, and reliability are critical. With a distributed team of professionals working in dedicated squads, we build products that redefine what’s possible—driven by strong ownership, collaboration, and a shared commitment to technical excellence.
This position is currently open only for applications located in Lithuania.
In this role, you will
- Build and maintain large-scale government services, logistics planning platforms, and RAG chatbot solutions
- Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions based on business requirements
- Provide support for high-availability, high-load systems operating at national scale
- Collaborate in cross-functional squads throughout the full System Development Life Cycle
- Continuously improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of our platforms
What you will bring
- Solid professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong proficiency in React.js
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning tools
- Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with shadcn/ui library
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

Salary range: € 3850 - 6600 (gross / month)
