What does this role involve?
You will be joining a product team, working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke software solutions, including internal tools, customer-facing applications, integrating with APIs, and databases.
You will be working across both Delphi and C# on CRM product development and support, bridging legacy systems with modern platforms, ensuring seamless integration and evolution of Procode’s software ecosystem.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the software features, changes and fixes implemented by the team during feature sprints are functionally correct and stable before being deployed.
You’ll be creating and updating current, as well as modernising legacy technology and joining an important team within Procode.
You will also be supporting the ongoing development of other software engineers within the team.
Who are we looking for?
Your in-depth knowledge of Delphi & C# and writing APIs, will be key when bridging legacy systems with modern platforms, ensuring seamless integration and evolution of Procode’s software ecosystem.
Your experience working in an agile environment will allow you to integrate seamlessly into the ways of working within the team.
Your drive for self-improvement, both technically and in your career will provide the focus for quality outputs and future growth.
Your ability to work with and bring on your peers and colleagues will help deliver continued growth of the team and department.

And what is the technical environment?
This will include: Delphi, C#, APIs, Oracle, SQL, Agile/Scrum, Git code management and cloud-based technologies.
This role will involve on-call working on a rota basis (24/7)
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
