The Voyager Team: Where Challenge Meets Ownership
We're a team responsible for architecture and tackling some of the most complex parts of our platform. We maintain mission-critical legacy code written in Ruby while building the foundation of our future with a modern Kotlin codebase. We make quick, decisive architectural choices and drive change.

We need a highly skilled and experienced Engineer
You are driven and inspired by challenges with a strong motivation to solve them.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Java or Kotlin SpringBoot based REST API development
- PostgreSQL database knowledge
- Deep understanding of web technologies and architecture
- Ability to formulate technical solutions based on product needs
What You’ll Work With:
- Kotlin + SpringBoot REST API – ~40%
- Complex Ruby on Rails Web Application – ~50%
- Cloud Services:
- AWS Aurora RDS Clusters
- Apache Pulsar Messaging
- Debezium Server based ETL Data Pipeline
- AWS Neptune Graph Databases
- AWS OpenSearch
- DevOps:
- CI/CD - GitHub Actions, Spinnaker
- Monitoring - DataDog
- Terraform
- Frontend (occasionally): React & TypeScript
- Collaborate with us on architectural decisions
- Tooling: SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, Slack, GSuite, Copilot
- Laptop: MacBook Pro
