We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with extensive expertise in Front-End development, specifically with Angular.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently, maintain high standards for coding and design patterns, be proactive and innovative, and possess strong leadership skills to mentor and share knowledge with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for Front-end projects.
- Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Architectural Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below:
- -Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong front-end experience
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Cloud: Azure
