We are looking for a Senior Sofware Development Test Engineer in Automation(SDET) having with following skills and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- Strong Java, Selenium, Cucumber / Robot Framework development skills.
- 5+ years of experience developing test automation frameworks, QA engineering/software testing process and methods.
- Experience with common Java test automation frameworks – Cucumber, Gauge, REST Assured.
- Recent hands-on experience in front-end test automation tools and libraries such as Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Gatling and others.
- Recent hands-on experience in test automation, REST API testing, creating API and integration tests.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of QA Testing Methodologies, test planning, test case preparation, defect management, system dependencies and product integration phases.
- Extensive working knowledge of relational databases, strong SQL
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Azure Devops and
- Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the software development lifecycle.
- Spoken English is mustfor daily scrum meetings with foreign teams and customers.
- Experience with JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of Linux and command line shell scripting is a plus.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodology.
- Strong Teamworkand communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation scenarios.
- Executing automated test scenarios for functionality, regression, integration, etc.
- Creating test plans which include change request details. Testing Schedule, Testing Resources, Testing Strategy, Required Tools and Risks.
- Gathering test requirements and producing test specifications.
- Analyzing and reporting the test results and logging test outcomes.
- Working within an agile team.
- Building and maintaining the test automation pipelines and infrastructure.
- Contributing to Test Automation Chapters actively by defining standards, sharing issues and challenges.
