We are looking for a SDE – React JS & UI/UX Development to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role you will be involved in every phase of the project, from initial design discussions to final delivery. As a Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE), you'll be responsible for building a user interface that not only meets functional and performance expectations but also delivers a seamless, responsive user experience. The role offers the chance to innovate, experiment, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, high-energy environment. You'll work closely with a team of experts, contributing to a project that has the potential to reach millions of users, and enjoy the opportunity to significantly influence the product’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business development team and/or customers early in the process to understand their business problems and goals.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess the feasibility of designs within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment to ensure specifications are met.
  • Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes.
  • Analyze data to determine and recommend computer specifications, layouts, and any necessary peripheral equipment modifications.
  • Develop a high-quality, responsive user interface for a Windows-based application.
  • Actively participate in design discussions and provide technical input on the project.
  • Focus on improving the overall user experience through UI/UX best practices.

Qualifications:     

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in frontend development with React JS.
  • Proficient in React JS for building user interfaces.
  • Solid experience working within the Windows ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong focus on UI/UX design with a commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive applications.
  • Experience in performance optimization, with the ability to measure and improve application performance based on user feedback.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team-based work and technical discussions.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and design effective solutions.
  • Experience working on large-scale client applications with a broad user base.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of building reliable, well-tested applications with significant direct technical contributions.
  • A passion for UX and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving application performance and scalability.
  • Background in developing applications with a large user base, ensuring ease of use and reliability.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 to $110,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
