- Job Title: Pega Developer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and maintain Pega PRPC–based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Pega BPM/Case Management, delivering scalable and high‑performance solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC best practices. Build and manage case management workflows, business rules, decision tables, and integrations. Configure UI components using Pega UI frameworks (Section, Harness, Flow Action). Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data pages. Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega applications. Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution walkthroughs. Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and coding standards. Support application deployments, enhancements, and production issues. Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and infrastructure teams for end‑to‑end delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x). Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, Flows, Activities, and Rulesets. Hands‑on experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP, Connectors, Services). Experience with Data Pages, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Declare Expressions. Understanding of Pega Deployment Manager and Agile methodologies. Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills. Certification: Pega CSA / CSSA (Preferred).
