- Lead the end-to-end design and development of D365 Field Service solutions, integrating with Contact Center/Telephony platforms.
- Implement and customize D365 CE/Field Service using various tools and languages, including plugins, workflow activities, PCF controls, and JavaScript.
- Configure and extend Omnichannel for Customer Service, managing voice, chat, and messaging functionalities.
- Develop and govern Power Platform assets, creating model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse tables.
- Design and implement Azure integration services, such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, and APIM, for seamless connectivity.
- Configure and optimize FS Mobile (Power Apps) for field service operations, including offline profiles and inspection templates.
- Implement Connected Field Service scenarios, enabling device-to-cloud connectivity and predictive maintenance workflows.
- Establish coding standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps for efficient development and deployment.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and role-based security measures are in place for all solutions.
- Lead technical troubleshooting, performance diagnostics, and provide production support as required.
- 10-14 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Dynamics 365 and 3+ years in D365 Field Service.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Contact Center/Telephony integrations.
- Proficiency in development languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of voice/CTI platforms, including Microsoft Digital Contact Center Platform and Omnichannel for Customer Service.
- Ability to lead complex integrations and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and innovative approach to solution design and development.
