What is this position about?  

You will be working with a diverse team composed of talented Engineers immersed in the area of private investment banking. 

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong object-oriented programming and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has experience coding in C# or Python (C# preferred), developing cloud-native applications (preferably in AWS), and building APIs and microservices. This role requires a strong foundation in authentication, authorization, and modern deployment methodologies, including container-based and serverless architectures.

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications with C# or Python.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication and authorization best practices.
• Work with container-based (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless deployments (AWS preferred).
• Perform unit testing for C# or Python applications.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize Git (GitLab/GitHub) for version control and collaboration.
• Follow agile development methodologies, preferably using Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C# or Python (C# preferred).
• Experience in API development and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless deployments.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git (GitLab/GitHub) for version control.
• Understanding of agile development practices, with Jira being a plus.
• Cloud Experience (AWS preferred). 
• Experience in fintech is a nice to have. 

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

• In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 6+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
